Friendly and Efficient
I called Alberta Coatings after I removed corkboard stick-on tiles from my wall, and the paint and drywall came off with the tiles. I thought the wall was ruined, it was a complete mess. Lorie scheduled me in a friendly and efficient manner, even after I had to change the date several times they still accommodated me. Kelly came in and did the repairs and the paint over and the wall looked beautiful, like new, no trace of the previous damage. I had the privilege of contracting Alberta Coatings Ltd. after my rental property got trashed. There were several damaged walls with nail polish, grime, scratches through the drywall, and just generally gross stuff. They took it on for a reasonable cost and by the time they left, it looked better than the day I bought it brand new. I was so impressed with the work that I hired them again to paint my garage and front door with both difficult colors to work with (black and neon purple) they even made a small chalk paint for a panel next to my door that has held up phenomenally. Saved Us Last Minute
We hired Alberta Coatings Ltd. in the spring of 2022. We were renting a newer house in a small town just SW of Edmonton. We were in a pinch with a move out date, due to a previous tenant renting in the basement, that caused many drywall damages, furniture dings, and scuffs on the walls. I did not hesitate to seek out a professional painter. Alberta Coatings Ltd. saved us last minute, to fix and paint, which got our full damage deposit back. I was able to contact them for an estimate. I sent pictures of the walls to be repaired and was giving a very reasonable quote without having the company travel so far just to look at the job. The company was very responsive, was able to come with in a few days as requested. We thought we would have to pay a huge amount for these repairs but the craftsmanship and pride in the work was phenomenal and was done in less than what was quoted for labor costs. We also didn't get charged an arm and a leg for travel from the company. They are very professional, considerate of our timeframe, and were very satisfied with the overall services from start to completion. They also use all their own tools and equipment, very knowledgeable about types of paint/paint matching.
